What We Offer
Products & Material-Handling Services
From core aluminium products to the logistics that move them — here's the full picture of how we can support your project.
Aluminium Ingot
Our aluminium ingots are produced through a modular processing system built to handle a wide range of dross. An eddy-current separator divides metal from non-metal, while a specially ridged belt captures fine aluminium particles that conventional systems often lose — resulting in a consistently pure ingot, batch after batch.
Synthetic Slag
Our synthetic slag is engineered to combine stably with molten steel, balancing its composition and absorbing impurities and inclusions for a cleaner finished product. By adjusting basicity and improving fluidity, it also acts as an effective desulfurising medium — drawing sulphur out of the steel — while reducing wear on refractory linings and extending ladle life.
Aluminium Notch Bar
Our notch bars are extruded aluminium profiles with a grooved design that allows for secure, interlocking connections between components. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and cost-effective, they're used across construction, automotive and manufacturing assemblies wherever strength needs to be balanced with easy handling.

01
Skilled Staffing
Proficient, project-scoped staffing for material-handling operations, sized to your specific requirements.
-
02
Colour-Coded Bins
Dedicated bins for scrap, dross, anode and carbon-block streams keep every material stream clean and traceable.
-
03
Scoped Transport
Vehicles matched to the nature and scale of each operation, for efficient material movement.
-
04
Controlled Holding Periods
Rejected material is held in laydown areas for 10–14 days before final dispatch.
-
05
Timely Bin Turnaround
Holding bins in laydown areas are emptied on schedule to keep onward processing moving.
-
06
Material Segregation
Experienced segregation of mixed material streams, carried out to each project's scope.
-
07
Safety-First Process Knowledge
Deep familiarity with the aluminium manufacturing process, guided by strict occupational health and safety practice.
-
08
Transparent Reporting
Monthly or quarterly reconciliation statements covering material, pricing and any reports you require.
-
09
Metal-Index Adjustments
Pricing that can flex in line with metal-index movements where required.
-
10
Insured Staff
All staff carry appropriate liability insurance for full peace of mind.
Containerised Shipment
